Adviser Rana Sanaullah has warned that India’s actions after the Pahalgam incident appear pre-planned and that any violation of the Indus Waters Treaty will be treated as an act of war. He urged national unity and readiness amid rising Indo-Pak tensions.

Following the Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26, India suspended the Indus Water Treaty, shut airspace to Pakistan, and gave its forces operational freedom. Tensions soared as Pakistan ramped up security around Hafiz Saeed and shut madrassas.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Friday urged brotherly countries, including Saudi Arabia, to impress upon India to de-escalate and defuse tensions heightened after the Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 people.
