Adams County is set to leave the Tri-County Health Department, its commission announced Tuesday afternoon, a month after Douglas County pulled out from under the agency's umbrella.

The Douglas County Health Department hosted this tabletop exercise with officials from UNMC, the Salvation Army and the OPPD. The goal was to streamline communication between all organizations.
