New Care group has agreed a strategic funding partnership with Octopus Real Estate to finance the development of five care homes valued at £80m.

Octopus Healthcare Fund, managed by Octopus Real Estate, has purchased part of a development site for an 80-bed care home in Derby from Torsion Care.
