pyo3_stub_gen fails when used with Python 3.13+ free-threaded builds because Python::initialize() is not available in the free-threaded Python C API.
When I see the stacktrace it seems to me that the initialization via the Python.Net library fails which tries to initialize a Python.Runtime before even loading the Flaui DLLs. This could be a bug ...
