The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office is facing a lawsuit after a deputy repeatedly punched an inmate in the face while he was in his jail cell.

The complaint alleges jail supervisors failed to intervene or report the incident inside a holding cell at the Clackamas County jail in 2023.
