Your SIM card will be linked to your account and any data you use will be added to your bill. You can’t buy a data-only SIM instead of a voice and data SIM. It’s an add-on, not a replacement.

Now, if your device has eSIM or a SIM card in it or you have an external cellular device with a SIM card in it, then you can turn on or enable the Cellular option in Windows 11/10.
