The sole surviving passenger of Air India flight AI 171, Vishwas Kumar Ramesh, who walked out of the burning plane and was the second patient from the crash site to be admitted to Ahmedabad Civil Hospital, was discharged from the hospital late on Tuesday night, confirmed Medical Superintendent Dr Rakesh Joshi.
