If you want to refresh a page, but don't want to lose its current state, just middle-click your browser's refresh button. This will refresh the same page in a new tab.

The latest Windows 11 Canary build contains an early implementation of a Wi-Fi refresh button. Microsoft confirmed that it is working on it, but the current implementation is still raw.
