Arsenal have expressed interest in hijacking another Tottenham transfer deal and sign Bayer Leverkusen defender Piero Hincapie. Spurs have been heavily linked with a move for Hincapie, who has informed Leverkusen of his desire to leave the club before the transfer deadline.
