Tesla CEO Elon Musk released the results of a drug test on X to counter the New York Times’ reporting that his drug use was “more intense" in the 2024 election.

Elon Musk posted what appeared to be his drug test results on X early Tuesday. And even though multiple credible news organizations have said Musk is a regular user of illicit drugs, it looks like the billionaire oligarch tested negative for the drugs he’s reportedly been using, including cocaine, ecstasy, and ketamine.

Elon Musk’s X is suing New York to block the Stop Hiding Hate Act, arguing it forces editorial disclosures conflicting with free speech and echoes its earlier challenge in California.
