Trent Grisham hit a pair of home runs, including one during New York's six-run fifth inning, and the Yankees beat the Seattle Mariners 11-5 on Monday night. The win was overshadowed by Yankees third baseman Oswaldo Cabrera needing to be taken off the field in an ambulance after he got hurt in the ninth inning.

Yankees infielder Oswaldo Cabrera sustained a gruesome lower leg injury on an awkward slide at home plate and was taken in an ambulance off the T-Mobile Park field.

Grisham led off the inning with his second solo homer to tie the game, Paul Goldschmidt’s single put the Yankees on top 3-2, Cody Bellinger followed with a hit that made it 4-2 and Austin Wells capped the outburst two batters later with a three-run homer to make it a 7-2 ballgame.
