The man accused of stalking tennis player Emma Raducanu tried to obtain tickets to Wimbledon but was blocked by the All England Club’s security system, British media reported Tuesday.

The man given a restraining order for stalking Emma Raducanu has been caught trying to obtain tickets for this summer's Wimbledon. The PA news agency report an application from the individual was discovered in the public ballot before being removed by tournament organisers.

Wimbledon’s organizers, the All England Lawn Tennis Club, acted immediately when they came to know that the stalker tried to buy tickets for this month’s Championships through the public ballot.
