An 8-month-old baby was among three people killed when a 16-year-old gunman opened fire during an argument at a carnival in Utah, according to cops. The baby and a 41-year-old woman were both innocent bystanders caught up when the young teen opened fire after a “verbal altercation” at WestFest in West Valley City late Sunday, local police said.
