    1. Sign in to Power Automate.

    2. In the navigation pane, select Solutions and choose an existing solution or create a new one.

    3. Click New > Automation > Cloud flow > Instant.

    4. Name your flow for easy identification.

    5. Select the Manually trigger a flow trigger and click Create.

    6. Add inputs by selecting Add an input on the trigger card. Define the inputs required for the child flow (e.g., ContactName and ContactEmail).

    7. Build the logic for the child flow by adding the necessary actions and steps.

    8. Add a response action to return data to the parent flow: Use Respond to a Power App or flow (under the Power Apps connector) or Response (under the premium HTTP request/response connector). Define the outputs you want to return to the parent flow.

    9. Test the child flow by manually triggering it with sample inputs and verifying the outputs.

    10. If the flow uses non-built-in actions or connectors, update the connections: Go to the child flow's Properties page. Under Run only users, select Edit and ensure all connections are set to Use this connection.

    11. Save the child flow.
