Our two male cheetah successfully hunting a blesbok. Cheetahs are the fastest land animals, reaching speeds up to 110 km/ph in short bursts. They rely on acceleration and agility, not just speed—making sharp turns to chase down prey. Their hunts usually last less than a minute—beyond that, they overheat.
