Our Adult Down Syndrome Center on Advocate Lutheran General Hospital's campus is primarily a medical office. But did you know? The Center also offers a wide variety of social activities and programs to encourage adolescents and adults to promote their health. This includes DANCE! The Zumba Fitness program at the Center started in 2013. Today, classes for adults with Down syndrome are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays for one hour.
