We seperate oil from the lavender plants using our Copper Alembic Still in Steam Distillation process. 40-60 pounds of raw plant material are cooked at a low heat over an extended period of time to seperate all the healthy constituents from the plant. This is the basic process for creating our therapeutic grade essential oil.
