I love RDLs and different variations of training them (free bar, smith, and trap bar are my fav!) This was my 3rd set and did a drop because I wasn’t happy with only a few reps 😆 How it went 👇🏼 (after 2 progressive warm up sets and many hip thrusts before 😆) Set 1: 2PPS (55lbs each) for 17 reps - too easy! Set 2: 2PPS (55lbs) plus 1PPS (45lbs) - 10 reps Set 3: same weight - 5 reps, drop set to 3 reps 🫠 Not sure the weight of the machine so can’t say this is a PR, but it felt pretty good. St
