In this example it’s impossible to observe a science based lifters muscle growth if they only did ‘bro-lifter’ things (in other words, weren’t ‘science based’) so, we don’t know wether a science based lifter would be bigger only doing ‘bro-lifter’ things (because we LITERALLY don’t have that
